Last updated: 2026. By engaging Cyber Digital Oasis ("Company") for services, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all proposals, statements of work, and ongoing engagements.
All services are defined in a written scope of work or proposal. Changes outside the original scope may be billed separately at an hourly or project rate communicated in advance.
Project work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each service period. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client owns all final deliverables upon receipt of full payment. Cyber Digital Oasis retains the right to use general methods, techniques, and non-confidential elements of the work in future projects, and to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Digital Oasis's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to its services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Cyber Digital Oasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

The 50% deposit required to begin a project is non-refundable once work has commenced. This deposit reserves capacity, covers initial discovery, planning, and setup, and applies to all fixed-scope projects.
If a client cancels a project after work has begun but before final delivery, the deposit is forfeited. Any milestones already paid for and delivered are non-refundable. The client retains rights only to deliverables that have been paid for in full.
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice via email. The client remains responsible for the full amount of the final 30-day notice period.
Pro-rated refunds are not offered for partial months on monthly retainers. Service continues through the end of the paid billing period after notice is given.
If Cyber Digital Oasis is unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, we will work with the client in good faith to provide a fair resolution, which may include partial credits or rescheduling.
